- We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and colors accurately. However, actual product colors and designs may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
- As our jewelry is handcrafted/artificial, minor variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned.
- Violet Vows reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
- We accept payments through authorized payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except COD).
4. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
- Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities for any order.
- In case of order cancellation from our end, the paid amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy (if applicable).
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Violet Vows is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
- Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video, as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items, subject to conditions mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance, or special offers are not eligible for exchange.
