At Violet Vows, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and on time. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

🚛 Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days across India.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier partner availability.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹599.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹59 applies to orders below this value.

💳 Payment Methods

Prepaid (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

📌 Partial COD Policy

A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm all Partial COD orders.
The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.
Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
In case of order refusal, non-acceptance, or unavailability at delivery, the advance amount will be forfeited.

📍 Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via Whatsapp/Email once the order is shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure availability for delivery.

🚫 Shipping Delays

Violet Vows shall not be held liable for delays caused due to:

Courier partner delays
Natural calamities, weather conditions, or unforeseen events
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

📦 Delivery & Risk Transfer

All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
Risk of loss and ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery as per courier records.
Any claims regarding non-delivery must be reported within 24 hours of marked delivery.

📦 Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges must be paid in advance for re-dispatch.

❗ Incorrect Address / Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Violet Vows will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

🚫 Refusal & Abuse Policy

Repeated order refusals or misuse of Partial COD may result in restriction of COD services for the customer.
Violet Vows reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
