Refund policy

By placing an order with Violet Vows, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below. Customers are advised to read this policy carefully before completing their purchase.

Returns

Violet Vows follows a strict no-return policy.

Returns are not accepted under any circumstances. In rare and exceptional cases, if a return is approved at the sole discretion of Violet Vows, the customer will receive Store Credit only.

Store Credit is non-transferable
Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Redeemable on any future purchase with Violet Vows
Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable

Exchanges / Replacements

Exchange or replacement is permitted only if the product delivered is:

Defective
Physically damaged
Incomplete
Incorrect

Mandatory Conditions

To be eligible for exchange/replacement, the customer must:

Notify Violet Vows within 24 hours of delivery
Share a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video

The unboxing video must clearly:

Show the sealed package before opening
Display the shipping label
Capture the product in full, highlighting the issue (zoom if required)
Show original packaging, tags, and labels intact

⚠️ Claims without a compliant unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
⚠️ No exceptions will be made.

Exchange Terms

Exchanges are allowed for the same product or a product of equal value, subject to stock availability
If a physical exchange is not possible, Store Credit only will be issued
Store Credit validity: 12 months
No cash refunds under any circumstances
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchange requests based on personal preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind will not be entertained
Minor variations in color, finish, or design caused by lighting, photography, screen resolution, or display settings do not qualify as defects
All exchange approvals are subject to internal quality verification

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

Products purchased during:

Sales
Special promotions
Clearance events
Contests
Bundle or special schemes

are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
